2017 Program Timeline

 

February - May

Program promotion and awareness campaign.

May 19, 2017

Participation registration deadline.  Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours.  Organizations will then receive an invoice for the participation fee within 15 days.  Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Last day to withdraw without having to pay the withdrawal fee.

May 24, 2017

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact at each company to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution.  The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is May 26th (online option only).

Deadline to submit customization requests (optional).
Deadline to submit alternate language survey requests (if applicable).

May 26, 2017 Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal.  This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses (online option only).
May 26, 2017

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

June 2, 2017

If applicable, paper version of the employee survey and postage-paid return envelopes are sent to the primary contact at participating companies for distribution (paper option only).

June 9, 2017
Completed Employer Questionnaires are due.
June 16, 2017

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey invitations are sent via email (online option only).

June 23, 2017

Deadline for paper version of the employee survey (paper option only).

June 30, 2017

Deadline for all online employee surveys (online option only).

August 2017

BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the participants.

September 2017

The BCG Employee Feedback Reports are sent to participating companies. (Note: Companies will only receive the Demographic Report and employee comments portion of the Feedback Report at this time.)

September 2017
Publication and event date for “Best Places to Work in Oklahoma.”
 October 2017

The benchmarking data portions of the Employee Feedback Report will be emailed to participating companies at this time.
